这是2016年底，我校学术委员会确定进入“黑名单”的期刊和会议，今天偷个懒，粘贴过来算是做个记录，投稿的时候可以选影响因子低一些的，但千万不能掉进黑名单的这个坑啊~
针对部分学生将文章发表在低档次期刊或EI论文集的现象，根据各分委会提出的“不认可”期刊及会议论文集的情况，经159次校学位会讨论研究，我校博士研究生在下列期刊或会议论文集上发表的文章最多只可当核心期刊对待，不能认作学科基本要求的EI文章。如果各学科有更严格的要求，以学科要求为准。
