过去的30年是我国改革开放全面展开、经济建设持续高速发展的黄金30年，国家面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化，工程建设取得了举世瞩目的成就。为迎接土木建筑领域面临的机遇与挑战，将于2013年5月下旬在山东省济南市召开第三届土木工程、建筑与建材国际会议。现向从事相关专业的各大院校、科研院所以及设计、施工单位的科技工作者征稿。

CEABM series provides a forum for accessing to the most up-to-date and authoritative knowledge from both industrial and academic worlds, sharing best practice in the field of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Building Materials. The meeting will provide an opportunity to highlight recent developments and to identify emerging and future areas of growth in this exciting field.

首届CEABM会议于2011年在海口举办，第二届于2012年在烟台举行，前两次收录的所有论文全部已经EI检索。

论文发表

1、本次会议录用论文全部发表在"Applied Mechanics and Materials"（EI和ISTP收录）正刊上，组委会要求全部被录用的论文直接上传到出版社提供的编辑系统，这样可以大大节省出版时间和检索周期。本次会议挑选200篇左右优秀论文发表在其他高声誉EI期刊，挑选约100篇优秀论文直接发表在SCI期刊上。

2、本次会议确保论文在会前出版，会议期间发放纸质期刊给参会者。

3、本次会议将采用先投稿、先送审，符合录用条件者先发送录用通知的方式进行。
